We’ve made this impressive talisman with a big Peruvian Azurite stone, the stone itself is over 5cm in length! Its unusual to find an Azurite cabochon of this size and such a high quality piece too! The deep midnight-blue of Azurite with the little pieces of banded green Malachite create an earth and water like pattern.

The Ayahuasca piece above the stone is known locally as ‘Yellow Tiger’s Paw’ and comes from the vine of the plant, here it is called ‘Flor de Ayahuasca // Flower of the Ayahuasca’ due to its flower-like pattern inside. The Ayahuasca is coated in a resin to enhance its pattern and natural colours. Ayahuasca is an incredibly sacred plant of the Amazon, used by indigenous peoples for millennia in their ceremonies of healing (both physical & spiritual) and connection with Mother Nature. Known as ‘La Planta Madre // The Mother Plant’, to wear an actual piece of the plant, is to maintain a connection to it and to Mother Nature always.
