Colca Tacana SACHA SISA · Macrame Necklace
Colca Tacana SACHA SISA · Macrame Necklace
SACHA SISA meaning JUNGLE FLOWER in Quechua, this design is inspired by the tropical flora here. Intricately woven petals and leaves with different tones to portray the beautiful array of colours of the jungle flora. This one is woven with Colca Tacana, a stone that comes only from the Canyon del Colca mountains in Peru. It has a beautiful matte texture with flowing lines of earth tones reds, oranges and black.
Made using high quality Brazilian wax coated threads and only natural stones. This piece is water resistant, lightweight and feels comfortable on the skin. The necklace has an adjustable length, so can be worn high up (as in the photo) or much lower depending on how you’d like to wear it.
