This talisman necklace is made with a Stromatolite fossil, with beautiful undulating lines of sand and deep brown ebony. Stromatolite fossils are evidence of some of the earliest life-forms on earth! Formed from fossilised ancient microorganisms of blue-green algae, this stone is a little physical reminder of the greatness of earth and all that has been here before us 💫

The Ayahuasca piece above the stone comes from the vine of the plant, here it is called ‘Flor de Ayahuasca // Flower of the Ayahuasca’ due to its flower-like pattern inside. The Ayahuasca is coated in a resin to enhance its pattern and natural colours. Ayahuasca is an incredibly sacred plant of the Amazon, used by indigenous peoples for millennia in their ceremonies of healing (both physical & spiritual) and connection with Mother Nature. Known as ‘La Planta Madre // The Mother Plant’, to wear an actual piece of the plant, is to maintain a connection to it and to Mother Nature always.

Above the Ayahuasca are three types of beads, genuine Malachite (it is very hard to find beads made of real Malachite), Tiger’s Eye and Leopardskin Jasper.
