A one-of-a-kind sterling silver necklace, made with the most stunning teardrop Rainbow Moonstone, which has an almost exact half-and-half split flash down the middle. Half with blue and half of red-orange! Above is a lovely little flashy green Labradorite gem. For me this pendant feels like the four elements: the Labradorite brings the Earth green colours, the Moonstone has a unique split of orange flash for Fire and blue for Water, whilst the shape of the design is inspired by flowing air.

This design with its flowing forms and spirals is a representation of the air; each spiral, braid and silver bead has been created by hand in our home studio in Pucallpa, Peru.

In ancient Peruvian cultures, natural metals were deemed very spiritually important, not only for their visual beauty, but they were thought to hold deeper meanings. Silver was a sacred metal and was said to hold the essence of the Moon, the lunar deity ‘Mama Quilla’ meaning Mother Moon with her strong female energy.

The pendant is on a 20 inch oxidised Sterling Silver foxtail chain (one length). The thickness of the chain balances well with the boldness of the pendant. You can choose the option below to have the pendant come with this chain, or to have the pendant on its own if you already have a chain you love.
