This Sodalite figure has been carved to represent a powerful warrior and has eyes inlaid with two small circles of Spondylus shell. Above the warrior sits a large bead of Tiger’s Eye which catches the light beautifully and shows it’s iridescent bands of colour.

This piece is inspired by small pre-Inca amulets (see photos for an example of an original carving in Chrysocolla!) that were believed to show your inner strength and resilience. These expressions were used by warriors to focus their spirit, as an aid to reinforce their courage.

We hope these pieces can serve as a physical reminder of strength.

This piece has been woven using high quality Brazilian wax coated threads and only natural stones. The necklace has an adjustable length, so can be worn high-up as a choker or much lower depending on how you’d like to wear it.
